Mr. Dryman joined Brownstone Residential in 2019 as managing partner and assumed the position of President. Mr. Dryman oversees all property operations, asset management, information technology, agency relations, as well as the Compliance and Human Resources Departments. Mr. Dryman has worked in the Property Management field since 2009. His experience includes Tax Credit, Rural Development, HUD Programs, Section 236, 202 elderly and conventional properties. He is a Certified Property Manager (CPM)©️ with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

Evon is a founding partner and Chief Financial Officer at Brownstone Residential. Mrs. Harris oversees all accounting functions, to include corporate accounting, property accounting, accounts payable, lease administration and treasury management.

Yvonne oversees all Human Resource functions for Brownstone Residential.

Mrs. Dryman holds the HCCP designation and has worked in various Compliance Roles since 2007. The Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) is a specialized designation for developers, property managers, asset managers and others working in the affordable housing industry through the low-income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program.
