Robert E. McKean is Brownstone’s Vice President of Operations. Robert works directly with investors to generate capital and structure syndications for Brownstone’s ongoing real estate projects. With his extensive experience in structuring and closing large-volume deals with Fortune 500 companies, he brings to the table his seasoned negotiation skills and result-oriented approach. Before joining Brownstone, Robert spent more than 16 years in outside sales with three Fortune 500 companies. During that time, he generated consistent year-over-year growth and made impressive strides in business development. Most recently, Robert was a Senior Sales Executive at Netversant New England, where he focused on technology sales and business development. Prior to that, he served as a Client Executive for Avaya Inc., where he was recognized for growing new business accounts by 25%+ each year. His other roles have included Area Sales Manager for Owens Corning, where he managed a $20 million, multi-state sales plan, and Major Accounts Representative for Sprint Corporation. Robert holds a BA from the University of Michigan.
